Call The Police
Someone call the police!!! There are strepitous instruments being played some where in my neighborhood. Oh wait... those are my children making that noise:

Think that sling is going to be slung over his shoulder to carry more instruments. :-)
How smart you are to send them outside - it's a two-fer. The noise is out of your house, AND you get to annoy the neighbors in the process!
