Rainy Days
I was happy that we started to get rain. The kids loved it. In the 80s (F), a big puddle, and mom says YES.

Then we ordered and got sod. It hasn't rained since.
blame us for the lack of rain... we got sod too! Our water bill has skyrocketed from having to water that sod daily. And still we ended up with a huge brown spot (that our HOA quickly complained about)
We got a little over an inch the other day but is gone now. I am getting ready to go out and water the flora right now. The heat is drying out the sand about as fast as I can put water on it.

Your kids and their hair crack me up. Their hair is SOOOO white, its translucent when its wet!
