Another thing you can do to stop $pam from coming INTO your mailbox...
If you use a program like Outlook, create a rule that says the email must be sent twice before it hits your inbox.
Most $pammers only send the email once from a particular address and this rule will return the email back to the sender with an 'unable to deliver' message.
