I got a call from VW today saying she is offline. Her phone is down, her internet... essentially she is in the communication black hole, with the exception of her cell phone.
She expects it will be back up tomorrow night and asked me to put a quick post up giving y'all the data.
Fingers crossed that the yahoos get it fixed ASAP.

That explains why she didn't answer the phone when I called her.
Hope they get it fixed before she loses her sanity.
