Yes, you saw that right. I was 146 last week and I'm 149 this week. I noticed my fingers are swollen. I am hoping some of this is just water retention. I'll know for sure in a couple of days. I'm also hoping Bou didn't lose too much weight with all those step exercises. Or I'll never catch up!!!
