This is all CalTechGirl's fault. I couldn't resist seeing what the top 10 worse jobs in Science for 2007 would be... and I followed the link she gave to HERE.
Two stood out for me... Solving murders by studying maggots and They kill, pickle, and bottle the critters that schoolkids cut up. Can you imagine going to college to get one of those jobs??? EWWWWWWWWWWWWWww.

Well, having spent a lot of time working with scientific types on fire scene examination, I have to tell you taht you don't really want to know some of the things you do have to deal with ....
I got heated up when soemone said love bugs where useless....
